I was just checking the web site for Farrell's in White Bear and they have the dates posted now for the Fall class... 10/5 thru 12/14. Nothing much else new that I can tell, but they have the class schedules listed too... M-F classes at 5, 6 and 7 AM... so that should be 'fine'. Saturday classes are 7, 8 and 9:30 AM.
Sarah's 5-week appointment is in a few days. She's still frustrated over not losing the pounds she wants to lose. She looks great, though, and her clothes are hanging off of her. She was at 40% body fat when she started... she's down only about 10 pounds total... I think she must be down 20 pounds of fat and added 10 pounds of muscle.
I'm trying to recruit my coworker Susan to enroll with me in October. I was talking to her last week about it and she said she was still interested and then asked 'it's every Tuesday, right?' She had forgotten that it's 6 days a week. I asked her what she's doing at 7AM M-F that's more important and she said that was a good point. Also, she and her fiancee were planning on going hiking in Costa Rica in December... so this class would be PERFECT for her. ;) Maybe I'm a little evil.
I'm not even following my reasonable diet very well. It's been more than a week since I've gotten to the gym... I took a five day weekend and didn't make the time to work out at all last week. I did edge the driveway and mow the entire lawn this weekend, though... so at least I didn't spend the whole time sitting around. Also running 90 pounds of twin boys up and down the ditch in their wagon about 50 times this weekend got me moving around.
